Dylan Macmillan is trying to show the Tories as a credible alternative and in this speech he does just that. You big up the low tax, high growth economy amognst other key policies which not only your members love to hear but it also starts to resonate with voters who are on the fence about who to vote for at the next election. If Mr Macmillan is trying to shed the nasty party image that has plagued the tories over the years he is doing a good job. Those in the room and the British public are starting to see Dylan Macmillan as the PM in waiting.

Well done.
