Madam Speaker

The government accepts the following amendment from the Honorable Lady for Newcastle Upon Tyne East as friendly:

Section 6(2a): Change the word "search" to "frisk".

Madame Speaker,

I am happy that some members of the government are taking action, although it should have been taken long ago. This bill will take us closer to the 21st century and protect animals through the world from going extinct.

Animal lives are important and we must protect every species from extinction from barbaric human ‘sports’ and ‘games’ like poaching. The honourable member is taking a step in the right direction for this government and I commend her for that.
