Mr. Speaker,
I would like to inform you and the Clerk of the House that the Government will be pulling Ministerial Statement 1 - Outlawing Private Outsourcing in the National Health Service from this week's schedule of business.
In it's place the Government is submitting Ministerial Statement 1 - Emergency Action on Homelessness , which will be the responsibility of the Secretary of State for Social Security.
