Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 1, subsection 1 of the Import, Export & Customs Powers (Defence) Act 1939, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

(1) The importation into, or exportation from, the United Kingdom, or the carriage coastwise or the shipment as ships’ stores, of goods manufactured or sold by:

 A) The Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.

 B) The Shenzhen Zhixin New Information Technology Co., Ltd.

is henceforth prohibited.
